How do I participate in the offer?

You will need to purchase one of the eligible products and then return here (www.acerpromotions.com.au/taxrelax22) to claim your Gift (Ovolo Hotel $200 e-giftcard).

Where do I find my serial number?

The serial number of your device is on both sides of the product box your device came in. It will be prefaced by the letters S/N and contains letters and digits.

When will I receive my Ovolo Hotel e-giftcard?

Once your claim is validated you will receive an email with your e-giftcard.

I received an email from Store.aca@acer.com – what does this mean?

This is our promotions team inbox, and we may contact you requesting more information to complete your claim. Your prompt response allows us to process and validate your claim quickly so you can receive your e-giftcard shortly after.

How will I receive my Ovolo Hotel e-giftcard?

After your claim has been validated by our promotions team, you will receive an email containing your e-giftcard. Please enter your email address correctly as we are unable to reverse any claims.

How do I know I’ve processed my claim correctly?

You will receive a confirmation email which will advise you’ve processed the claim successfully.

I haven’t received a confirmation email?

If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please email (Store.aca@acer.com) quoting your Product Serial Number.

How do I use the Ovolo Hotel e-giftcard?

You can choose to use your Ovolo Hotel e-giftcard on such items as accommodation, meals, drinks, or in-room charges. The e-giftcard is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue.

I’ve made a mistake in my claim. Can I change my details?

No. Once submitted all claims are final and cannot be changed. Please review all information provided prior to submitting your claim.

Tips on entering your Serial Number

You must enter all digits and letters as they appear.

Make sure you enter each digit exactly as you see it – UPPER CASE letters, and numbers.

I have a problem with the product, what should I do?

If you have product related or technical problem, please contact Acer Support.

How do I know my claim has been received?

When the online claim process is finished, you should also receive an email with the same information. If you did not get the confirmation screen, you may not have clicked the final SUBMIT button and we may not have captured your claim.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may be because your email address was entered incorrectly. Please email us at Store.aca@acer.com with your Product Serial Number as a reference, to advise the correct email address.
