If you have purchased an eligible product from a store that stocks Acer products during the promotional period you can claim a single copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy game valued at $89.99.

Eligible products are:

  • Acer products with GeForce RTX 3090, 3080 Ti, 3080, 3070 Ti, 3070, 3060 Ti, 3060 desktop or laptop system
How do I participate in the offer?

After your purchase you can claim here by providing a copy of your purchase receipt and the serial number (SN) of the purchased product.

How will I receive my copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy?

After your claim has been validated by our promotions team, you will receive your copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy download code to the email address you provided during the claim. Please enter your email address correctly as we are unable to reverse any claims.

When will I receive my copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy?

Your copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy (Download Code) will be emailed to you within 6 weeks from your claim. You may receive an email from our promotions team (Store.aca@acer.com) requesting further information to validate your claim.

What are the system requirements for redeeming a game code in GeForce Experience?
  • Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10 operating system
  • PC with a qualifying GeForce GPU
  • GeForce Experience (version 3.18 or higher)
  • GeForce driver 417.01 or higher
I already own the game that I've received a game code for

In most cases, a game code can only be redeemed against an account that does not already own the game. If you already own the game, you will not be granted a second copy.

I’ve made a mistake in my claim. Can I change my details?

No. Once submitted all claims are final and cannot be changed. Please review all information provided prior to submitting your claim.

Tips on entering your serial number and receipt of purchase

You must enter all digits and letters for the serial number (S/N).
Make sure you enter each digit/letter exactly as you see it – UPPER CASE letters, and numbers.
You can take a picture with your phone of the purchase receipt if you don’t have an electronic version to upload.

 

How do I know my claim has been received?

When your online claim is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email confirming the claim and the details you have provided. If your details are incorrect, contact Store.aca@acer.com and advise the correct details for the claim.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, it may be because your email address was entered incorrectly. Please email us at Store.aca@acer.com with your serial number as a reference, to advise the correct email address.
