After your purchase you can claim here by providing a copy of your purchase receipt and the serial number (SN) of the purchased product.
How will I receive my copy of Battlefield 2042?
After your claim has been validated by our promotions team, you will receive your copy of Battlefield 2042 download code to the email address you provided during the claim. Please enter your email address correctly as we are unable to reverse any claims.
When will I receive my copy of Battlefield 2042?

Tips on entering your serial number and receipt of purchase
You must enter all digits and letters for the serial number (S/N).
Make sure you enter each digit/letter exactly as you see it – UPPER CASE letters, and numbers.
You can take a picture with your phone of the purchase receipt if you don’t have an electronic version to upload.
